I did this last weekend, with no issues. I used the 2 connectors on the relay box pin 39 and 40 and join them to the positive wire from the harness relay for the fog lights. The ground wire from the fog lights harness needs to go though the firewall, which you then connect it to the wire that you will run to pins 19 and 10( i used a wire tap) on the N28 connector. Then i used a connector and wire tap to connect pin11 on the N28 to the N12. I tap the wire coming from pin 27 on the back to the connector i push into pin 11 on the N28. That's it

So pin 10 & 19 need to be grounded regardless. Fog light ground wire need to be grounded regardless too. Anywhere there’s ground.

Ground
N28 Connector - Pin 10 -> N28 Connector - Pin 19
On/Off Function
N28 Connect - Pin 11 -> N12 Connector - Pin 27
10-> 19 is what confuses me. if we're grounding both why is it pointing to connect them.

I guess they both need to be grounded.

DIY: JDM Fog light
Anyone in the California Bay area who has installed fog lights? I am looking for someone who can help me install Morimoto lights. I have a 2015 F Sport. I mostly need help with the electrical. The photos are great to help but I don't know this stuff good enough for the installation. I am open to phone chat if anyone can help.

Ground
N28 Connector - Pin 10 -> N28 Connector - Pin 19
On/Off Function
N28 Connect - Pin 11 -> N12 Connector - Pin 27
So for 2016+ looks like the relay has all the pins, just no wire going from relay to BA2 to lights
Wire from relay to lights would be whats circled in red and then wire to go from relay to main ECU is circled in green. I'm thinking of connecting lights through a wire to one of the ports in red, then connecting to ecu circled in green if i don't use my own relay
Not sure what 13(blue circle) to 22 (green cicle) means.
the 13 looks to be 13 A so is there a wire going from the side of the ECU to the back, meaning 2 wires going to 5D-22(one from engine bay, one from A-13)? from there it should be the same as MY 13-15 i think

I know that I'm late to the party here but I just installed an OEM foglight switch on my '14 GS and this guide was extremely helpful - thanks!
However, there's one error in the information - Part# 82998-24350 (BA2 Connector Pins), terminal repair, is identified to insert into pins 39 and 40 of the BA2 connector in the engine bay fuse box. I ordered these but they were too big. Later I found the correct part number to be Part No. 82998-24290 which fit perfectly.
I also found a guy in Texas on eBay that sells these for cheap: https://www.ebay.com/itm/8299824290-...0/202508563332. He also sells the pins for the foglight switch connector. Unfortunately, it appears that the pins for the ecu connector are not specified by Lexus.

I did some research as well by downloading the wiring diagrams for my '14 GS from Lexus. I found specification for the pins in both the N28 and BA2 connectors (that's where I confirmed the correct pin for BA2), but they don't specify the pins for N12. Sucks I know.
The 82998-24290 is smaller than the 82998-24350 but I don't think it's smaller than the 82998-12870. I'm not certain of this though.

N12 is the ECU connector I was referring to. I couldn't identify the pin for N12 either. So I just had to stick the stranded wire into pin 27 of N12 and tie wrap it to the adjacent wires to make sure it stayed (as PK_Celsior suggested).
