Figured it out, Its not the seats. Its the damn big floor hump from the awwd transmission that takes up 1/3 area in front gas peddle. What was happening was becaue of hump for me to hit gas paddle I had to sit to left and pronate my foot outward cant be straight up and down on gas pedale and its causing leg pain knee pain radiating up my leg to lower back.
So not the seats, but really the gs 2013 and nwere is only car i have seen with that hump taking up that much space not allowing proper foot placement.
SO traded in for little older LS460 that doenst have that big floor hump and wide high center console taking up leg room.
I really hope Lexus eventually changes that floor hump and makes that center console narrower or curve in a little like on the Infinitis'
Just sucks trying to get over new nice interior look of the new GS to an older LS.

Ah!! Now it makes more sense. I am in the market currently and have test driven GS350, E350 (M.Benz), 535i, A6 and 328i. For me, worst seats were the 328i and the best ones were in the GS350.

2014 GS350 Firm Seats
Totally get what you were going through. I just purchased a 2014 GS350 - it was immaculate and I too took it for a 15 min or so test drive. I researched the heck out of these and never saw one complaint about the seats and how firm they were. I admittedly wish I had spent more time test driving them to make sure it matched what I was looking for. I'm disappointed that I just spent a bunch of $ and am not happy with one of the most primary features of the car. I would hate to have to buy a seat cushion, but I'm feeling pretty desperate to find a solution. Looking for any suggestions to remedy the problem. This is not the F-Sport so I have 10 way adjustable seats. The mid back section of the seat seems to be the problem.

Is there a way to efficiently scroll around the map using the mouse? I'm in the market for a GS350 but I'm not too crazy about this remote touch interface. It's nothing but constant overshoot of what I want to actually select. Scrolling the map is a pain, you have to move the cursor to the edge of the screen then click, then repeat. There should have been a feature where you can hold down a button and the mouse will become a joystick to pan through the map.

Read the whole manual for navigation/radio you will be impressed how much you missed. There is 430 pages of how to use it. After reading all of this I am pretty sure none of us use more than 50% of available features.

Just bought a 2013 GS350 Luxury Package with all these leases ending. Like the ride, looks etc.
Hate the navigation, mouse and front seats after actually trying use it while driving more than 30 min. Wish test drives were an hour or probably would have NOT bought the car as trying use the mouse is so distracting with radiofunctions built into it and seats kill my back.
Also everyone says these seats are so comfortable. At first they ar on the testdrive were, which was 15 min, but they are the worst ever on drives 45min orlonger. The cushioning feels so thin after 30 min and creating a sore back for me at 45 min legs start hurting.
The seats are probably the worst thing for me on this car. Anyone else has this issue with the seats.
Almost every car I drive weekly has more comfortable seats that don’t hurt my back.
My old 2007 Infiniti M, girlfriends Honda Civic, my company cars Ford Fusion’sand Chevy Malibu’s all seats don’t hurt my back like GS350. It’s like sitting on a wood bench.
