My dealer's Rate sheet has the $4,500 cash for lease or purchase on 2015 GS...Money Factor on 36 month lease .00123 for 15K miles. Residual of 55% again 15K miles. Also, Comp first lease payment on '15 GS "$ 850"...not sure if you get $850 or one actual lease payment (likely?).

This lease rate sheet says good 11/03/15 to 01/04/16...I assume this must be December to Remember"??? Not too exciting...pretty close to October?

I got as high as $4500+ $3500 today, so a total of $8K on a new, non demo GS.... Also found the color I was looking for. Will go tomorrow to make a deal, see where it lands....

Looks like San Francisco/Oakland. Which likely means it is RWD...so that's $2K less than same for AWD. So if AWD F-Sport MSRP is $59K...try to get it down to $49K. So yeah, go for $10K off MSRP.
