Default Pairing Your Phone Via Bluetooth

Had anyone recently have this same problem I have experienced lately. I have had the same android cell phone for over 3 years and have had my 13 GS350 for the same with no problems before..

In the last month whenever I get into my car the Bluetooth in my car does not recognize my phone. I have to turn off my Bluetooth from my phone and turn it back on. No problem then for the rest of the day. Everything works ok until the next morning.

Is the problem with my phone or with my car?

Any suggestions would help.

Try deleting all your text messages and see if that helps.

Todays update

After calling Lexus Customer Service 800-255-3987 and talking to Jonathan he advised me to go into General Settings and find " Delete Personal Data "

By doing this all phone information is deleted from the car and all preset radio stations and radio sound set ups are also deleted.

Reentered all information for my phone, wife's phone and all radio information.

No problems with my phone now pairing with my car, works perfectly every time.

My Bluetooth has been acting up lately also. Text messages aren't hitting the screen, and I had 2 days where the car just refused to see my phone, regardless of rebooting things. Emails are still showing up occasionally, and late.

I think I'll do the personal settings deletion. I only have maybe 3 things set and I know how I want them.
