Default Repair Block Heater Plug

Hi all,

Last winter I accidentally drove off my GS with the block heater plugged... The plug is a little bit bent and now it's oxidized pretty badly. It still works but I always have a hard time plugging it into the socket. Lexus quote ~$150 to replace the whole wire with plug but I want to seek help in this forum first. Any better way to straighten the plug and clean the oxidized metal?

Thanks a lot!
