Do Base/Luxury GS Shocks fit F-Sport?
I want to make the ride comfort on my f-sport a bit more comfortable, do GS Base/Luxury Shocks/Struts fit on the F-Sport? Obviously Sport+ wouldn't work for suspension but do the shocks fit?
Or are there aftermarket shocks that have a softer ride than F-Sport OEM?

The Luxury has AVS as well, so it also has Sport +. The AVS makes the GS ride better IMHO in normal mode than the stock GS suspension.
I don't think there really is a difference in the suspension between the luxury and the sport...
What kind of tires do you have on yours? I would buy a set of more comfortable tires, such as the Pirelli P7 Cinturato Plus. I have a buddy with an F Sport 2015 GS and I was surprised by how well it rode compared to my luxury GS.

It also has 19" wheels with thinner tires.

To the best of my knowledge the only difference between Luxury and the FSport with regard to suspension is the anti-sway bars front and rear and the computer setup for the AVS. The springs & shock damping should be identical.
If you're looking for comfort you're either going to try to get a custom set of lower spring rate springs which may or may not have much of an effect as the AVS is going to try and fight the increased roll and body dive =)
Or, more realistically, you could find a set of 18" rims (maybe even 17's) which clear the calipers and increase the sidewall of the tire by 1/2 an inch or more which should help.

The taller profile side walls from the 235/45R18's are softer and more flexible, hence ride more smoothly, and are quieter too, but I think someone said that the F Sport has larger brakes which cannot fit into 18" rims, hence a different choice of tires and lower air pressures are the main options.

only the RWD has the larger brakes. AWD still using same size brakes as the Prem and Lux.
OP likely has RWD if he is in Florida.

So i disconnected the AVS system and manually adjusted the shock dampeners to softer and the ride quality is nicer! it's a little more bouncy and not as sporty but its more comfortable when driving around.
