Default Strange sound help!

hey guys can any of you help me guess/diagnose this sound. I called my local dealer and they charge 175 to diagnose. So really any help would be really appreciated.

It makes noise just at low speeds no braking, while turning and not all the time but if I brake it's a real bad grinding.

I searched on the forum about noise coming from brakes. Could this be the sound for the TSB they have open? I'm outside warranty also.

Here is a YouTube link

Thanks guys!

Maybe a rock caught between the pad and rotor? Try pulling off the wheels and check for any obstructions on the rotor and pad. If you're still under warranty, take it to the stealership. If not, take it to your nearest Independent Lexus mechanic.

I just made a post on this issue 2 days ago. Inspect your rotors to make sure nothing isn't stuck in them. That was the issue I had. Removed my brake pads and found out the noise was coming from a worn down pad. If you don't know how to remove the pad get someone to do it for you.

Pads are worn out and the rotors need resurfacing. Lexus will resurface them on the vehicle with a special device. I bet Toyota would be happy to do it for less.
