Under warranty? Take it to the dealer.
EDIT- I just saw your other thread about cleaning your engine compartment. Did this brake issue happen after cleaning the engine compartment? I wonder if perhaps you got some water into the brake system.

Non f sport here as well, and my brakes are awesome especially since I bought this car used. I don't know how the car was driven before so yeah. I think they work great!

How many miles do you have on your vehicle? How are your front tires?
Could be a couple of things. Air or moisture in your brake lines, contaminated or wore down pads, worn our front tires.

Um here's an update I believe it's the worn down tires like from 60 mph I expect it to stop on the dime. And not over shoot the stop sign slightly. I have mismatched tire thread depths. This was a cpo purchase. Have a little under 25 thousand miles, I rarely drive the car about 300 miles put on since. I bought it in June...am due for a short trip to Connecticut soon to open it up a little. Contaminated pads?

As a CPO purchase, they should've inspected the brakes and the tires. It sounds like something may have happened after you bought it. I bought mine as CPO and my brakes are perfect. I've put about 3000 miles on it and it still brakes amazingly well.

Tires are the #1 component when measuring stopping distance, not the brakes. Your tires are what contacts the road surface. The brakes just slow/stop the wheels. If the tires lack good tread depth, are not properly inflated or do not grip the road surface well enough the vehicle is not going to stop in the shortest distance possible. This is true regardless whether the surface is ice/snow, wet concrete or dry asphalt.
Funny thing is when I swapped back with OEM pads it grabs just fine.

You had Akebonos right? The ceramic ones? Those aren't that good. People claim they are as good as OEM but they really aren't. Its just that the people that run them get used to them so they feel its as good as OEM.

Ugh these tires suck the stock dunlops. I am looking into bridgetstone Pirelli or falken/hankook all seasons.

No it was the Autozone ceramic one. Initial bite is good, has a little more bite than stock. It's just that when u really push it hard it'll slip. But again my rotors have 15K miles on them and they're probably heavily glazed by the OEM pads.
