My navigation traffic stopped showing before it would've showed on freeways mainly orange line if slow traffic and red line if heavy traffic or green if no traffic. No lines what so ever noticed this been few weeks its not showing even when Im in heavy traffic, I also checked the option is turned on to show traffic. Is there something wrong that I'm not aware of? Feedbacks and advises would be appreciated thanks.

I think you only get it free for 3 months with the xm service...

Perhaps there's an HD Radio outage in your area?

On the 2015 models, traffic comes via HD Radio and is free without expiration.

Yeah I have this feature on my 2015. I doubt Southern California been having a outage for over a month.

Then you may want to check with your dealer to make sure you don't need firmware update.

I think there is a setting that shuts it off. You might check that.

What setting are you referring to? There is a setting that says show traffic and its ON. I checked everything in settings no luck

That's the one, I missed your comment above that you checked it. Just making sure. :-)

Have you removed the radio lately or anything? Maybe a plug on the back is not tight or something.
