Default chipped side mirror
I was wondering do any black color touch up paint works on the black color spot on the side mirror?

Yes just get a normal black color (non metallic) touch up paint and it should blend in. I touched up my mom's Prius hatch wing with an OEM Toyota black touch up paint after hitting the hatch against the garage door. It's not 100% invisible but it's better than seeing a white spot.
