Glad it was helpful! Photobucket stopped allowing linking so to fix it, I uploaded the pics directly.

Hi all,

Picked up my '14 GS in September and am finding out here just how base mine is too!

Question, how many of these can be added after the fact? For example, the dealer told me if I wanted to add the lighted door sill plates, they are already pre-wired so I would just need the plates and it's an easy swap.

Anything else that's pre-wired that can be added? Would love to have heated/ventilated seats since the perforation is in the seats already, but don't see Lexus putting seats in with that equipment already when the car won't be equipped with that option.

Is it possible to have dual pane front windows and not at the **** in front of the headlights for washing them? I know they say you can roll down the window and see the thicker glass

As far as I know, the dual pane windows only come with the Cold Weather package.

Yes. I have dual pane windows but do not have cold weather package, and therefore no headlight washers.

I have a 2014 Luxury in Canada with all the cold weather bits except the dual pane windows. The brochure doesn't list it with the cold weather package.. so don't think it's packaged in there.

2013 Luxury with cold weather package. I have dual pane front windows (they are about $500 just for the window if you ever need to replace it FYI)

If you have AVS do you also have DRS? Or are they the same thing?

(I have a '15 F sport RWD and this is the one spec I haven't been able to figure out yet, even with the VIN decoder here).

No, DRS is optional, so you can have AVS but not DRS.

Default Premium and luxury question

Considering a local used 2015 GS. Says it has premium and luxury. What are the defining features to
prove that? Wood steering? Passenger memory seat?
