Is this a vinyl wrap? Can it withstand the heat from the exhaust?

Yes, this is vinyl wrap. Others that have done it before me said that they had no problems or issues with the heat from their exhaust.

I have done it for several months without any heat issues to date. It's a nice look!

Beautifully done, I usually don't like the carbon fiber wraps because the look home made. Yours look amazing and appear to be made specifically for your car. Your Lexus Appears to be a special edition. Please tell me how did you get the plastic surrounding the muffler exhaust to be that glossy grey?

All F-Sports are surrounded by the dark grey rear diffuser.

The heat will not harm the carbon fiber wrap.

I wrapped my twin under-seat exhaust mufflers on my '08 R1 and they have been wrapped for about two years now. Those suckers get uber hot and they havent bubbled or peeled. I bought the carbon wrap from Pep Boys. I believe it was a 3M brand wrap. I could definitely feel the thickness in the vinyl.

Hope this helps!
