Voice Command
Love Voice Command! Great Idea!!! Now if it could only understand ANYTHING I say. Yes, I "trained it". The only disappointing thing on the whole car. 2015 GS 350 AWD FSport.

I've got the only GS in the whole country and I've ordered only after a Youtube research, haha. So obviously I didn't know all features...
What I really like :
What I find disappointing for a Lexus:
Well but this only hybrid owners can cherish ))))
What I really like :
- the illuminated door trims... and the illumination in the saloon (foot compartment, armrest etc).
- the puddle lights
- the trunk soft close function
- the head lights performance
- the huge box under the sliding armrest
- the don't-fall-between-console-and-seat-cushions (even tough they are not as effective as in old Mercedes W124)
- the UV absorbing glass. no need to use my crystalline tint anymore...
What I find disappointing for a Lexus:
- the dashboard shakes when closing the glove box
- passenger can not open the glove box if taller then 5ft or not amputated legs
- the center console is cheap plastic ( not executive like at all )
- the door panel pockets are plastic inside, not carpet. so it rattles unless you fill em up with junk
- the interior carpet feels cheaper the BMW/ Benz/ Audi
- the multimedia interface is too much Windows 98
- the key fob feels like a chinese toy (doesn't apply to all markets)
- the trunk opening button has a very retarded response time
- the trunk opening button is awkwardly not-centered
- the trunk illumination is very poor (black carpet + 0,0001A LED) come on guys...
- the trunk closing sound... sounds like a metal pot with screws inside
Well but this only hybrid owners can cherish ))))

Yea, I must admit that the most FRUSTRATING part is the useless Voice Commands. Even when I phrase things exactly like they are suggested in voice command options the system still doesn't understand. If there is a thread about how to successfully use the voice commands this would be great.

I have a 2017 GS and I second rodnex that the trunk is pretty terrible. I have no problem with the trunk button being off centered by every time the trunk takes a million seconds to fully lift up and a million seconds and then some to jiggle up and down to adjust and close up.
Other than that, I've only had the car about a week and a half or so, but the feature that surprised me most was the hidden rear sunshade button underneath the middle glove compartment. I've always wanted one since it reminded my of my father's LS460. Good to know it'll come in handy on those sunny drives sometimes.

The key fob feels better with the leather key glove on.
The trunk light bulb can be easily swapped for a T10 LED.

The 2015 GS I had had lining, but the 2017 did not, so I bought some rubber mats for the door panel pockets. They fit great! Here's a link if you're interested: https://www.ebay.com/itm/252641251026

+1 Holy smoke, I thought I might be the only one who had issue with the trunk button location AND the amount of time it takes to power open/close. I regularly press the close button before grabbing the stuff out of the trunk and still have time to move before it closes. Each time my wife and/or son attempts to open the trunk they stand there and have to search for the button. Totally crazy location!

I use these on a number of my fobs. They work well and make identifying the fob easier because of the different colors.

Probably the cable from button to lock is too long.. this is why it takes so much time

Coming from a 2008 IS350, I like the fact that you can lock/unlock from all door handles, the parking brake can be set on auto, and that the A/C can be controlled manually without the use of the navigation system.

Coming from the heavy LS430 decklid, I love the power option on my GS.
