New f sport oem led projector fog light(with pics)
Hello there,
I'm a big fan of clublexus, you helped me a lot ,so many times I cant even remember
so I decided to join the club and give anything I know that could help you guys. information from far away ,like in Saudi Arabia.
In SA we love Toyota and Lexus, a lot, so I noticed that the 2014 gs350 F sport has a new fogs. not the regular halogen or even the new reflector based LED fogs, No No ,its a projector based LED that simulate a miniature of our big Xenon projector headlights . it looks awesome and preform like an LED should , and its cheap, it could be installed on most Lexus new models like (any 4GS, LX570, ES '13 AND ABOVE, 3IS)
it has a wide cut off , with a 6000K color and an amazing yellowish blue cut off .
its an OEM part that I purchased from our dealer ship and installed it myself .I can give you a lot of information but I don't know the regulation over here, so ill post picture of the fog, and wait for the posts , and if someone could shine a light, ill appreciate it
here you go

And not plug and play for the 4GS F SPORT, due to the fact that there's no fogs or wires to connect, so I improvise and bought the HDRelay harness from TRS and some h11 extensions and wire tappers so I don't cut or solder any wires , I tapped on the parking light wire on the main harness near to the headlight , it's wire No. 16 , 18 I think it's the DRLs

you can by tapping the trigger of the relay on any accessories wire, like the instrument or the actual ignition fuse or wire , or by directly connecting the relay harness to the batteries and wiring a cutoff switch on the positive , but the bad thing is you might forget to turn it off after turning the car off and will continue draining the batteries for you.

I'm actually from Saudi Arabia , I bought them for a 360 SR/each which is equivalent to 98 US dollars/each, and bought the HDRelay harness from TRS for 30 bucks , the wire tapper for 5.99 $ , h11 extension from amazon 9 $ but a good quality , finally I ordered the fog garnish/cover from japan by our dealer for 50 SR/each which is equivalent to 13 $/each and took 25 days to arrive, I think they sell it on nigelJDMparts for 50 $ both but I don't know if it will fit the new projector fogs as Nigel's didn't show the part number .
