Front headrest adjustment on Luxury Package

I have wondered if the dealer substituted out mine with another car but if all trim levels have them then that logic doesn't work.
No matter how hard I push or pull, the head rest does not move. With it out of the seat mounts, it feels as if the post are fixed.

I have a 2013 Luxury and couldn't move the headrests a few months ago. They look titlable/horzontably adjustable when seen from the bottom, but couldn't move them. Let me go outside and apply some serious force to the passenger headrest. If it breaks I'll blame you all.
UPDATE: They're not adjustable. The front of the headrest--the cushion--appears to be firmly anchored to the rods. The back cover--the piece with the slots for the rods--is rather losely attached with enough free play to justify those slots. There's another thread out there with the same complaint.
SECOND UPDATE: Page 136 of the 2013 owner's manual on head restraint adjustments: "Angle adjustment (if equipped)" So that means some models (the Luxury?) have non-adjustable head restraints. Oh well.

Ok you see where the part where you rest your head is? Try pulling that towards the front of the car.

Went out to mine and consulted the manual.
The luxury headrests do not adjust for horizontal movement. Times when I've adjusted them forward it must be the wings I'm adjusting without thinking about it.
If you read what the manual says, it notes "Angle Adjustment (if equipped)" and "Side Support Adjustment (if equipped)". If you have the luxury package the headrests do not adjust front to back. I would assume the articulating backrest compensates for this. As you adjust it so that the angle of the backrest is tighter it brings the headrest towards your head.

That is what I was fearing. Can't get a perfect setting. Would like to move the upper back back and the headrest a little forward.

It seems to me that the 2013 is horizontally adjustable and the 2014's aren't. Correct me if I am wrong, but no one with a 2014, myself included, has said they are able to adjust theirs?
