Nah, the dealer felt tape fix worked. Now that it's getting colder I have new rattles to isolate but the front doors seem to be good.

I just had Lexus fix it during maintenance. I complained about it and they said "yeah it seems to be a problem, we will take care of it". The Mechanic told me they take window switch panel off and tighten everything up. Haven't had an issue yet. (Mainly posted this for owners who don't want to mess with it themselves, dealer will fix!)

I told a dealer about it and they said theyll fixed it, then the car came back and they said they fixed it but they didn't. Didn't feel like going to another dealer so just did it myself
