Thanks everyone I have stopped doing business with this dealer and started looking else where. Appreciate all the advice you all saved me some serious money.

What part of the country are you in?
I had offers for a 3500 mile demo model 13 fsport for $46,800. It had a $59k sticker. You can do WAY better.
I ended up buying a new 2013 gs450h for over $14k off sticker on December 30, 2013.
Fwiw you should look for a leftover gs450h. I've heard of several people getting great deals on these.

True Car shows the average price paid for a NEW 2014 GS F Sport in the Indianapolis area is $54,120.
This person you are dealing with is a typical scumbag used car salesman. I hope he read this thread.

It is very disconcerting to see stories like this one. When I bought in December I paid $57K for a car MSRP'd at $61K. I traded in a '00 GS with 200K miles for $2500 which was in very good shape. I know I could have negotiated another 1 or 2 K but felt the offer was fair. I don't want to squeeze the dealer so much that their margins are too thin. At the same time, I dislike when dealers ask more than what is fair.
First of all any car with more than 300 to 500 miles is considered USED in my definition. Vote with your pocket, don't buy there, hopefully they sit on it and incurr carrying cost which make it unprofitable. Also, 2013's are now treated as 2 years old (since they came out in Spring of 2012). You are better off flying to somewhere, where there are many GS's and make a better deal, and drive it home.
One thing to remember, if they are going to be unfair on price imagine what they will do when servicing. Stay away from that dealer.
