Some question to owners iPhone + enform apps

Does Enform apps connect with iPhone via Bluetooth ? Cable ?
Somebody know with technology use this apps (PAN, DUN, other custom profile ?)

I am interested in, because lexus cars models for Europe trade doesn't support PAN profile,
In second hand iPhone doesn't support DUN profile ( any other modern smartphone under WP8, android also), how the car obtain datas from net?
Is necessary to get special service from GSM provider ? Some extras charges ?
How it look in yours country?
Somebody know plans introduce enform in Europe area?
Maybe in other European countries it is working now?

I hope that in Europe will introduce this apps soon. I will be get information, with additional condition will be required for mobile/ cars/GSM.

Somebody know how I can connect iPhone to Lexus via Bluetooth to use as GSM modem
Some application ? Maybe from cydia store ?
