Buy the Skipper once 100% better. this is definitely made in China as the seller in China too .. and too expensive since it is eBay item in my opinion. Skipper are 100% japanese.

Do not buy this. I contacted them directly and bought one of the carbon fiber lips from them for about 550 shipped thinking it would be a deal and then planned to purchase 10 if the quality was good. They use only one layer of carbon fiber and then few layers of fiberglass. In short its really flimsy and cheap. The clear finish will completely crack all over if you simply waved the lip once from holding it from the end. It has no structural strength. It even cracked when fitting it to the car. It has no drill holes they say to use 3m tape which it does not come with . Mines flew off doing 80 on the highway. I got my money back in full cause I gots good credit and my credit card company has my back.
