Default What's the proper torque for spacers?

I'm hearing a few different things so please give your input. I have Ichiba V2 15mm spacers in front and 20mm in the rear. I've heard to torque them at 76 ft-lb on the spacer and the wheel. I've also heard 100 ft-lb on the spacer and 75-80 ft-lb on the wheel. ????
