Default HD Radio Dropping

In addition to the phantom bluetooth calls, my radio has been doing something peculiar recently. It will connect to HD radio, then disconnect, then do something funky with the way the radio info displays, then reconnect to HD radio, and cycle - all within 1 minute and a half.

Anyone else see something like this? I captured it on video and took some stills (in sequence):

I noticed this yesterday too and was going to start a thread about it. I realized it is only happening to the channels under the Clear Channel umbrella.
Here is a pic of another HD station that is not owned by Clear Channel. It displays normally. Notice the first pic shows a button named FM info that hasn't been there before also.

Thanks for the reply Yardie. The cycling was happening to me on a few different channels, which is why I figured it may be the car rather than the stations - but I didn't think that they may all be clear channel owned. Now I have to figure out which stations they own... and test some others.

No prob. I realized this was the case after I used the seek buttons and found a station that worked. Come to think about it, the stations are all working regularly now.

Yeah this is normal in BMWs it happens more often than in the GS, it's basically signal strength.

that's what we've come up with too. Sometimes just take it off HD so it doesn't fade constantly in and out
