Question 2014 GS350 F-Sport Lease Deal - Good?

Greetings,

I could never get the 2013 in the color combo that I wanted during the 2013 close out deals. So... I've waited for the 2014.

Vehicle:
  • 2014 GS350 F-Sport
  • Ultra White w/Flaxin
  • ML
  • Nav
  • Blind Spot
  • Park Assist
  • Illuminated Door Sills
  • Accessory Pkg (trunk mat, cargo net, wheel locks)
  • Destination

MSRP: $59,292

Sales Price: $54,000
Cap cost w/$700 acquisition fees, tax, tag, 1st payment, etc: $55,934.98

Rebate (lease special & 1st payment): - $1821

Net Cap: $54,113.98

Lease: 27months, 10k miles per year

Base: $531.65/mo

Base w/7.5% tax: $571.52

Due on delivery: $0.00

Money Factor: 0.0009

Residual: 71% ($42,097.32)

Do you think I can do better then $54,000 sales price (before $1250 lease cash)??

Thanks for any feedback!

Looks solid to me. MF though I think is .0006. Well that's what I was told her in NY just yesterday. The RS @ 71% is same as I got a quote for. If you're 0 drive offs and tax included for $571 sounds good to me.

I agree, if it's as stated above, I'd roll with it. Seems solid.

I'm paying $638 for a 48mo lease with 10k a yr. So I'd say your deal is a lot better than mine. I'm jealous...

When did lexus start doing such high residuals? That seems like BMW territory (which is great)

Your sales price was better than mine! I just signed today.... almost same exact car and similar numbers! Details below:
27mo, 10k/yr, GS350 F-Sport
MSRP $58,650 (or so), Sales price $54201, ($54701 with the $700 acq cost), Adj cap cost is $52892.73, Residual $42097.32, payment $485.32, tax $43.68, total pmt $529/mo. I had drive off of $1600 which turns out to cover about $842 of expenses (including first months payment, taxes, fees, docs)...so approx $758 of my $1600 drive off was cap cost reduction I guess. Add in the $1250 lease cash promotion.

Dealer was supposed to include my license plates but wasn't on the sheet--so they'll send me some money for that too ($600) which makes my deal look a lot better than at first glance. I'm pretty happy with this deal, and the dealer was actually very solid--in LA.

Hope this helps!

Yesterday I finally leased my 2014 GS350 F-Sport Nebula Gray/Cabernet from Bakersfield Lexus at the following term:

MSRP $59,368
27 month lease
12k miles/yr
$0 out of pocket
$489 + tax = $530

I think I got a great deal - I'm happy with the final outcome

That's an awesome deal! I was trying to get some dealers in Orange County to come around there but couldn't get them quite that low. So I didn't pull the trigger. But I'm wondering when the next time I'll be able to get a deal that good will be. Hopefully not next December.
