2014 GS350 F-Sport Lease Deal - Good?
#32
It's the 48 month term that is the reason for your payment. When I priced my lease the 27 month lease was quite a bit ($75-100) less per month. The explanation was that the residual dropped quite a bit in the 3rd year. Now that was a lease through Lexus. Other lease deals may offer better residuals.

Hello all, I just signed up because I looked at a ultra white GS F-Sport this weekend and THANK YOU!!!! I almost drove away with $2,500 drive off + $680+tax payments. I think this dealer tried to rip me off because I told him we were also considering a 435 convertible which would put us at over $800/month.
Anyways, I'm so glad I read this thread. Although my 1st choice is to get a BMW 435 convertible (which will replace my 335 convertible), no dealer is currently working with me because they know they can charge a premium on top of MSRP once the car starts arriving into the ports. The best deal I've gotten is at MSRP on that car. Now, I'm strongly considering a GS350 F-Sport in ultra white with red interior. It seems like
MSRP $59,368
27 month lease
12k miles/yr
$0 out of pocket
$489 + tax = $530
is the best deal I've seen so far on this thread. Anybody in California got a better deal?
Thanks!

No problem. I've been helping a friend shop for an X5 and found him on a BMW forum. She's getting her X5 from him even though we live in DC.

David offered her $3k off! Dealers here offered her $1,500 but inflated the money factor to get it back.

Decided to skip on the BMW until better deals are available. David offered $2,000 off MSRP. So I'm going to be a Lexus owner beginning this weekend. I don't have the residual and money factor but this is what I have on the table.
GS350 RWD F-Sport
MSRP: $59,282
27-month lease
10,000 miles per year
$0 drive off
$491.05/month including tax (8%)
I hope I got a fantastic deal because GS wasn't really my top choice but I'm going with it because I believe this is an awesome deal. Hopefully, when I go int to sign papers and pick up the car tomorrow, there are no surprises.

What options did you get on the GS?
ML stereo
Heads up display
Power trunk and Mirrors?
Thanks in advance

2014 GS 350 F Sport
Nebula Grey Cabernet Interior
MSRP $58,857
24 month 10K miles
$900 drive off
$449 incl. tax
MF buy rate .00045
Residual 73%
Los Angeles
Had this deal from Keyes and Jim Falk (got at Falk because it's close to my house and office)
Don't do a 27 month lease because you will have to register your car for the whole year when you will only drive it for 3 more months.
Seems like Lexus really wants to move these cars with these MF's and residuals.
I LOVE the car after 5 days of driving.
Good luck!

The market helps determine the residuals. Lexus always ranks high in everything and the used cars demand a premium, particularly well maintained CPO's that have just come off lease. Lexus = high residuals which makes them lease alot cheaper than ze Germans.
