I went to my dealer to get a list of parts I will need to do the conversion, but I can't seem to match them.

Here is what I got:

Whoever did the conversion, do you still have all the print outs ?

Here you go. Although my car is in HK but I am sure you are ordering from Japan so the parts should have same code. The listed in the print out will get you the upgrade completely.

Also be aware that I order the one with fog lamp (F-Sport Japanese Version), which I think you should do anyways since I assume you already have the fogs from lux version. Hope this helps and good luck with the conversion (trust me..it will look so much better).

Can you only change to the f-sport grill only and not the whole bumper?

I believe you can switch the bumper as well (F-sport does not have fog lights) but most people just switch out the grille since it's so simple. If you're going to switch the entire bumper then you might as well go for the 2016+ bumper...

But then that's an additional cost. The headlights are not cheap. lol. Maybe do a hybrid mesh conversion of the 13-15 and 16-20 bumper???
