Mine used to have a ticking noise on the left side of the dash, the driver air vent area. It's more like a plastic to plastic rubbing noise and it goes.. tick tick tick tick.
I did not expect this from a 50K+ car with 1k miles.
But it seemed to went away on its own cause I don't hear it anymore. 
Hopefully there wouldn't be any more noise, not like my old Camry that thing was a rattle trap.
