Hey Stew. I'm sorry you are having all these problems with the install of your fog lights. why don't you try giving Sewell another call because they were putting together a wire harness for the install of fog lights on the F Sport. If there is anything I can do for you here in Dallas let me know

Installation isn't that bad. I've installed the fog lights on a F-sport with OEM switch, functioning fog indicator in the combination meter and can be even turned on with the scan tool active test. You just have to run a wire from the light switch to the body ECU. And then wire the relay trigger to the integration relay in the engine compartment. This way it will be as OEM. I will try to find out the part numbers for the pins needed for the light switch and body ECU as the connectors have the empty spots where the wires would be.

Thanks, I have seen the wiring diagrams and color codes for the wires. Lexus is holding the warranty issue over my head at this time. I have come to the point that I don't want to even fool with them, at all. It's been a real fiasco for several weeks

If and when you decided to take the leap, just remember that Lexus has to prove that your change was the cause for the warranty to be voided. So if you get another competent dealer like Sewell to do the work, then you just have one more thing in your corner because of the big Lexus sign hanging over the shop that did the work. And the best part is they are then calling their own service departments incompetent if they do in fact try and void your warranty. Food for thought
