Very old thread I know. I just didn't want to create a new thread on the same topic. I have the same wheels as OP and just two hours ago my dad took my car and curbed my wheel. This is the second time he's done this and I wanted to know if it's repairable. So I now have two front rims with curb damage.

The dealers use folks who repair wheels in their parking lot in an hour. They are good for certain types of wheels and damage. But go to one of the shops that have the right equipment and experience and they can fix far more than you would think.

They absolutely can be repaired like new, and not that expensive. The place I mentioned in my last post has repaired several wheels for me that I was stunned at what they did for $140. I also have a friend who had an HRE wheel ($4,000 a set) repaired that looked like new. And theses were overnight repairs. Two of the wheels I've had done where machined and polished, as was the HRE.
