Luxury car dealerships and me don't mix well for some reason. There is so much arrogance from the sales people. I walked out of one dealer disgusted as he kept pushing lease lease lease. And best he could do was $1,500 off MSRP which was BS.

And I hate having to do the same old song and dance of let me talk to my manager BS. Most of all I hate being told what I have is in stock over the phone only to go to the dealer and guess what? It's not in stock! GRRR!

My recent pre-sale and sale went pretty smooth. I remembered getting responses around midnight. They even let me keep the demo over night to try out... Post sale went down hill. I remember having some issues with service and asked if he could help escalate the issue... No response, nothing, nada. The gentleman from Lexus of Roseville is a lot better. Follow up, follow up and even sent notes on holidays. I guess for some sale ends after signed. Others are smarter and go beyond the sale to gain more sale. I usually don't care much about what they tell me about the cars. Like most others, I do my homework before I go in.
