Definitely trim those nails or you will be scratching everything you touch. I mean this in the nicest way possible. Welcome to the forum !!!

welcome to the forum. i agree with everyone else here and say that it is normal wear and tear. to be honest, if you brought that into the dealership, i don't think they would like you very much

As a 300lb guy I can tell you that after 8000miles mine still look fine. there is none of what I saw in the photos. My seats are nice and uniform. After a long trip they may appear close to the first set of pics but after 15-20 minutes it unifies and is fine.

LOL,

Thank you all. Like you all said, my dealer said it is normal, but the 2012 ES350 loaner does not have this issue even though it has 12000 miles on it.

I have a 2013 luxury gs with the aline leather(flaxen) and I have the exact same crease in the same spot. I've had the car for about 5 weeks and noticed it after 2 weeks. I was wondering if you have the luxury package with the semi aline leather which may be softer and more prone to creases then the regular leather, not sure though. The only other thing I thought it could be is since I keep my iphone 5 in my back right pocket (no case) and maybe when getting out of the car with it in my back pocket caused it. I dont keep it there anymore when in the car. Today I went to the dealership and they are going to have the service head look at it on Thursday and see if it needs replacing since its under warrently. Curious if you have done anything about yours or figured out the issue.

Mine is F-SPORT. Let me know if your dealer fix it for you.

Pretty sure leather it being real will crease just like a fine leather bag or wallet it creases after constant use. Lexus uses softer leather so more prone to creasing and the ES may have had nuluxe leather.

Vieks,

I have the Lux pkg with Semi Aniline Flaxen (same as yours). It cannot be coincidental that the identical flaw appears in the same spot. This is my third Lexus and while the service folks are very nice, I find their level of competency on trim / detail work to be a bit lacking. It is unlikely that I will have it repaired.

Regards, Peter
