High pitched engine sound
who hear loves the high pitched sound from the motor?
this is common the e92 m3, and f10 m5.
best way to hear it is to gently accelerate and not shift, slowly go up the RPM's, you can also get to around 6k rpm and then just let off the gas and when it decelerates has a high pitched windy sound.
i sometimes find myself just riding around like this with windows down, in manual mode and S+.
i THINK it may have to do with the sound enhancement the car does thru the speakers, or is that just for the throaty sound from the intake when you floor the pedal?
