My 2013 GS 350 F Sport is also making the clicking noise during a sharp turn either direction.

I used EBC premium rotors and StopTech Sport pads on my 2013 GS350 F Sport RWD front. HORRIBLE COMBINATION!! they squeal loud at ANY speed when i press the brake pedal to a certain amount. Should i try different pads or just go all OEM? my last OEM rotors/pads had no problems with excessive or any squealing.

Spoke to the dealer, they said the clicking is due to the two piece design.

I bought the Napa premium one piece rotor set and have yet to put them on. I switched my Mercedes to Napa premium rotors and they work so much better. Mercedes are known for their warping rotors.

There is a TSB for this problem.

I’ve got a 2013 GS 350 F AWD and my brakes too are squealing ridiculously bad. Went and got front pads and rotors replaced and the car still squeals badly. Lexus dealer said my back pads are worn and quoted me about $370 for the work.

I plan on bringing it back if I can’t find a better price. I wasn’t super satisfied by the way the dealer handled everything anyways.

Check to make sure your dust guards aren’t bent. I’ve noticed that the metal dust guards could very well rub against the rotors if they get beat up enough.

I have a 2016 GS 350 F Sport. I had squealing from the front calipers with new ECB green stuff pads and new power stop evolution rotors. May have not used enough brake grease. Changed pads to power stop Z23 pads and applied copper brake grease to all areas the pads touched the calipers. These are carbon fiber ceramic pads. No more noise and braking was much smoother. Z23 pads come with rubberized shims which likely helps prevent squealing.

Good luck with the new Power Stop pads. I used the Textar pads; they had great bite but after a month they squealed. Then I cleaned and greased them with the Lexus shims.
Great bite but squealed again after a month.
Bought the Lexus TSB pads (maybe $90). Greased and installed them. Smooth grip; less stopping power of the Textar but so far no noise.
