Quickly Turn On/Off A/C
Maybe it has been right in front of me the whole time but I never saw it but is there is a way to quickly turn on and off the a/c. right now i am going through the menu to "climate" and clicking the on/off a/c button. this takes WAY too long and i am just wondering if there is an easier way.

You can also go into the car customization menu and set the AC Auto to OFF. Check out your manual for instructions, it's pretty easy. (although if you missed the OFF button on the console you might want to go see your dealer)
You'll still have to go into the climate menu if you want to turn it back on.
Since I use the AC in the summer only (no need for AC defrost in CA), I figure I will just turn it back to AC Auto ON once it warms up.

you can actually turn off the AC via the off button and then hit the button with the larger fan on it to get some air. once you hit the fan button your temp numbers and fan speed will display and you just have to set it with the arrows... but the AC will still be off. i never go into the climate menu unless i want to activate the heated windshield or the clean air filtration thingamajig. or maybe if my feet are cold and i set the heat to warm up my little toes.

great work guys.
i should've been more clear with my question. i knew about turning off the a/c via the off button but it seems that i would still have to go through the screen to turn it back on. i was hoping to have a button function to easily just turn on and off the a/c
my situation is that it is colder in the morning and then in the afternoon, i would like to turn the a/c back on for a bit easily.
