Man you been gettin quite a bad luck with your car. Not sure how much that panel is but it might be quite expensive best luck is just go to your local dealer and see what they can do. Might change it out for you for free you never know but worth a try.

You have the worst luck with cars. You need to trade in that fancy GS for an '85 Accord.

BTW, you do know that it is those of us who are so meticulous about our cars that sustain the most damage, right? I kept my '11 S5 Cab shined and perfect to a fault and right before I traded it in a garage shelf full of CDs fell on it and dented and scratched it all over. I thought my life had come to an end.

I think we both need to stop obsessing about our cars and trade them for "beaters". Then if someone hits them who cares? That's the first step of the 12-Step Program.

might contact interior repair specialist. First week with my 3gen GS, I found a razor blade cut on the passenger seat. The bottom replacement was 1k with discount. The interior repair guy fix it perfect (I do mean perfect) and I tried my best to locate the repair but never could locate it.

For this reason, I keep my car outside, much more piece of mine.

Like you, sometimes I wish I had back my accord, so I could park where I wanted and not be worried.

+1. I've been lucky so far, but now on weekends I put the carseat in my wife's car so we can take it on our trips. .

Sorry to hear Syd.

Man, you do have bad luck.

Thats going to be really expensive to replace just that part. I'm sure the door panel only comes in one piece. Sewell has the door panel for $1,000...

Talk about expensive parts, Satellite Auto Glass dripped glue (windshield sealant) on a piece of wood on the dash of my 2005 LS430. Park Place Lexus wanted $4000 for a that piece of wood trim that was about 10" X 4". Nothing in a Lexus is going to be inexpensive to replace.
