to see comparisons between the GS and Cadillac ATS that is getting ready to hit the streets. We have an LS 460 that has been perfect but ready for a little more sporty for our third unit. I do like the GS for sure but also Audi as well. Did not think I would ever have a Cadillac on my list but been reading some good things. Cannot beat the Lexus brand and their customer service and to me only Infinity has come close but not into their current line up. Also The refreshed LS to show its face in four days but hard to go that way knowing a total change is very very close.

The GS, which competes with the 5 Series, is a larger car than the ATS, that competes measure for measure with the 3 Series. If you have been looking at Infiniti, the ATS will compete with the G37. The GS and ATS are in different categories. However, the ATS does look real nice and will for sure sticker much lower than the GS. It's all in what you are looking for.
I can only say that there are quite a few of us GS F-Sport owners in the forum that love our cars and can't think of anything in its category that we would rather have.

I understand, I think it's a great unit but I live in a red light to red light world and I would prefer my power bandat a lower RPM level. Having said that I really like so many things about the GS and just a few things fall short which is of course subjective. I like to do my research and know whats out there to compare.

If you need low-end torque, take a look at the Audi A6. I had an S5 Cabriolet, and the V6 supercharged engine is a gem. I never had any issues with the car and only traded because I needed something more practical. I wasn't crazy about the looks of the A6, but everyone is different.
