For the A7, yeah I guess that's the case

But as for the A6, it appears that most buyers of the car here (Philippines) choose the diesel version (3.0 TDI).........which I think is not available in Singapore? (due to the 300% diesel tax implemented by your LTA and COE charge is higher...........even if diesel fuel in Singapore is cheaper than petrol).

Ive Test Drove the category in the gs price line. and i love the gs fsport much more over the a6. i was getting a bit of a turbo lag and the interior was nice but the gs tops it. Plus gs being a bit cheaper and also im not too much of a fan of a turbo charge car bc of the longevity of the car is what im looking for.

Not doubting you, and glad you preferred the GS, but there should be no turbo lag in an A6 because the engine is supercharged, not turbocharged. There wasn't even a hint of lag in y supercharged S5. Torque is there all the time.

Although maybe you drove the 2.0 turbo? That would explain it. The 3.0 supercharged is more of a competitor to the GS IMHO.

Default Audi

The GS350 F Sport AWD is my wife's car but we did drive the A6 which was my idea. According to the Audi dealer the AWD set up is different and the Acura SHAWD is the only one silimar. Not only front to back but side to side power distribution. I do not recall the specifics of it now.

The car drove fine to me with no turbo lag. She did not care for the light ash interior and Lexus has the highest build quality and she know that. . I will say the A7 is nice but is about 4 inches longer than the GS and priced too far above the A6.

Really you should drive both and anything else. We drove the BMW 535XI, Infitiy M37X, Acura TL AWD, BMW5 Grant Turismo, Audi A6 and the Lexus. We did it all in one day then cut the list down and started to get the price down.
