While I am not leasing (or buying) a car, my Lexus salesperson e-mailed the following info (good for June only).

36-month lease of a 2012 GS 350 RWD with 10,000 miles per year are .00190 and 65%. Requires Tier1+ credit or better (if there is a better).

She didn't give me any other numbers.

10,000 miles is of course a low mileage lease. I would be curious as to what a 15,000 mile lease is as that is more standard. I leased a BMW 550 two months ago that was 56% and 190 MF for 36 months and 15,000 miles. That number she quoted you is a very good number. I also assume she quoted you the "buy rate" which is pretty unusual for them to offer up by e-mail.

I just leased my Fsport MF .0019 12K/yr @ 61% residual. I think 15K/yr is at 59% residual. You can put MSD to get to .00118 (I can remember 5 or 7 MSD) but I usually dont put more than $1500 down.
