A brand is a promise. What is the Lexus promise to you? For me, the Lexus brand is more than a car. There are lots of cars to buy. I expect compelling design, advanced engineering that works, attention to detail, and customer service that exceeds expectations. That's how I have to run my business so I can afford one! Anything less is a broken promise, and a ***** in the brand's armor.
Issuing beta apps is inexcusable. Bluetooth technology has been on then market for years: just look around Best Buy. They should have it bullet proof, include an iPhone in the purchase price, or drop it all together. To me, it's a big let down. It's an over promise and under deliver.

I can't get it to work on my GS, Enform opens up but is says "loading" when I open Pandora. I can get around it by pushing media but it doesn't work through enform. I have an I Phone.

not sure this is a total solution, but almost everytime I have any kind of problem/issue trying to pair/sync the Bluetooth w/any Lexus, it is because most people never power-down and turn their phone off. Most people usually plug in their phone to charge overnight, then just unplug it in the morning to use. Once I power-down for a couple of seconds, then turn it back on? Vuala!!! Repeat steps to pair/sync phone and it works perfect.. This is what I have found as the result of pairing/syncing hundreds of phones to every different Lexus model over the years..

I have an Iphone 4 and every night, before I go to bed, I close all the open apps, plug in the charger, and turn off the phone. It is off and charging every night. I work at a dealership and am waiting for a new update for the car and enform app on the phone. Hopefully that will fix these issues.

No emergency calls for me. When I leave work, I'm done until the next morning or Monday. My wife has to get calls at all hours of the night and it is really annoying. Glad I don't have to deal with it.

I was wondering if anyone else has had repeated problems with the Pandora app on their GS. I have basically given up using it. I have heard that some people think it may be an Iphone app problem. I work at a dealer and the car is my wife's daily driver, so I rarely drive it. I did take it in one day for this issue and, of course, it worked fine. Also I noticed that if you switch to apps and then back to bluetooth audio, I have to hit play on the phone's screen. I talked to our tech specialist and our DS. They both have no answers as to if this is normal. Has anyone else encountered these issues?

My Enform apps work fine with my iPhone 4S. I open the Enform app on my iPhone when I get into the car.

I just got my rx 450h 2013
On june 11 2012, I got the SUV is amazing, but I been having the same issue every day.. The phone will connect sometimes and sometimes will not...with the apps, like for example Pandora.. I have to do it manually from my phone everytime, does anyone know how to fix it?? and sometimes I will just say call lexus etc.. not possible to connect

There is a recent update on the Lexus Enform app (iOS) which appeared just recently. Hopefully that will do the trick, and give us less errors. Well, for the iPhone users that is.
