Question Please comment on this deal

After driving the GS in Lexus Performance Event, now I have a strong 'urge' to get the new GS . I contacted few dealers in SF Bay Area and the best deal so far is:

Car: GS with luxury package + ML audio + few other stuff
MSRP: 57882
Dealer offer: 54920

Good deal? Okay deal? Don't-walk-run type of deal?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds pretty decent to me. I got only the $1,500 Conquest savings for trading in an Audi and nothing off MSRP, but then again they may have inflated my trade-in value slightly.

I had the exact same options and that's exactly what I paid. It is $500 over invoice and I think is a very good deal. Which dealer is this? I bought mine at Lexus of Concord.

Lexus of Pleasanton -- not too far from Concord

That's good. When I bought mine a month ago, Pleasanton only gave me $1000 off MSRP.

I got the F-Sport MSRP of 56k for 52k. Your deal being similar... That much below MSRP for a brand new car of this quality & demand right now is a good deal.

Is that with your $1,000 performance event certificate?

Invoice is ~$53,750.

I would aim for invoice price and then apply the Performance Drive Credit, making the net invoice less $1k.

Keep on trying, the deal right now is ~invoice + $1200
