Let me know who well that works out for you. I read the range is 80 feet max. In the real world 80 feet might mean 20 feet max, especially with obstructions in the way. I'm really contemplating getting remote start for my GS.

I've always liked the idea of the card key, but in reality I've got to carry keys anyways for my house, my office, my other car...not having a fob for the Lexus and having this key thing in my wallet just makes my wallet thicker and maybe saves on a little more room in my other pocket. Not worth it.

I believe the key card will work for the gs350 but not the fsport for some reason.
I really like the concept because the key is bulky so I would love to just put this in my wallet..

The remote start sucks. Range is terrible (80 feet is a pipe dream, you have to be almost right ontop of the car, the button action you use is awkward, and unless you are looking at the car its impossible to know if you've activated it. Plus, when you do reach the car and open the door, it shuts off. I never use it, where the remote start on our Jeep we use all the time.

My old Camry I had an Avital remote start put on. Worked fantastic for 13+ years and still going strong on the car when I sold it. It claimed up to 1 mile range but realistically, I can do about a city block if there weren't too many obstructions
May have to look into aftermarket or Res+ if it ever comes out for the GS. I don't care that the engine shuts off when I open the door. I'll just hit the start button again.

I am not talking about remote start I am talking about this:
it is a key that is the size of a thick credit card that you can leave in your wallet so you do not have to carry the bulky key in your pocket..

So this card isn't available for the F-Sport? I lost my key today and was thinking of getting this key card instead but it says it isn't available for the F-Sport...
