I am using Falken tires. 235/30/r22 in the front. I cant recall the exact size of the rear at the moment (I think 295/35/r22). The stock wheels are in my garage for safe keeping. I am not planning on keeping the GS for long. Therefore, I will trade the vehicle in with the stock wheels versus aftermarket.

Was considering BMW 535i/Lexus ES/E-Class

Hi all. Just picked up my GS-traded in my 09 ES
1. Premium, Blind Spot Monitor, Park Assist, 18" Wheels-specified Michelin all weather.
2. Liquid Platinum/Black
3. Nav, No ML
4. RWD
5. No DRS
6. No planned mods
7. ES350, BMW 328, 528, New Lincoln MKZ,
Went into dealer to buy a ES and leased a GS instead! They gave me a great deal.
I'll post some pics at a later date.

Hey all, orginally went in with no intentions of getting a new GS, and walked out with a new GS 350 F-Sport.

Just wanted to drop and introduce myself. My name is Mike and I am actually headed to go pick up my new Lexus GS350 this afternoon. Below are the details of my car and what others I considered. I will post picks as soon as I get a chance.

I am coming out of 2010 Infiniti G37 Sport Coupe. It was a fun car, but I really needed something with more room. I consider the current IS350 and ISF, but decided to skip it since the new model is coming out soon. Plus I really wanted a little more room and as much fun as the ISF would be I just don't need that much HP on a day to day basis. Other cars I considered are as follows:
Audi A4/S4 - both were way to small, especially rear seat area
Audi A6 - was not impressed with the exterior looks
Mercedes C350 - small interior
Mercedes E350 - so so looks vs. the GS350
Infiniti G37 Sedan - as much as I love the look of the coupe the sedan just looks funny to me
Volvo S60 R Design - I actually bought an XC60 R design for my wife about a year ago and it is a really great vehicle. As a result i considered the S60 R design strongly. The interior size is comparable to the IS350, but it was no where near as nice. I actually had a loaner S60 for a day while my wifes car was in the shop, but after that day I was done withe the car. It was really fun to drive (it was just a base model T5), but the pick-up was really good. The interior though was very bland, especially compared to Lexus.

7. Looked at the IS-F. Might check out next years IS, see what they do with it. Replaced a Celica GT-S.
