Also I got under 15MPG (all city in SP+) on my first tank and then after some injector and fuel system cleaners combined with driving gingerly on all highway in ECO mode, I managed to pull 24MPG. Big difference depending on how you drive!!

Hey everyone. Really cool to have stumbled across this site. I’m a total car nut. Have been in the car business for almost 20 years, from sales to management. I’ve been with my current job, as a dealer sales rep for an auto auction, for 2 years. I’ve lost count of how many cars I’ve owned. It’s somewhere in the ballpark of 45-50, and that doesn’t count the vehicles I’ve had as demos being in the business. So besides exotics, I’ve driven almost everything. In all my cars I’ve never owned a Lexus. Until a few months ago. Always wanted one, it just never seemed to fit in the budget. With my job I put between 30-35k miles on a year, so I need something that’s trouble free and will still have value with a ton of miles on it. I was bored of my very nice Infiniti G37x and was waiting for a GS350 AWD to come through the auction that would fall in my budget. (A benefit of working for the auction is I can buy my car through there). In November I was able to pick up a 2014 GS350 AWD F sport in silver with black interior. It has NAV, no ML, and had 83k miles on it when I bought it as a 1 owner off lease car from Lexus Financial. I guess the previous owner was maybe in sales like me since it was heavy on the miles to start with. Miles on a Lexus don’t scare me in the least. I have 92k miles onnit now and it drives like new. In all the vehicles I’ve owned or driven I really think this may be my favorite. It has such a perfect blend of comfort and power. It’s an absolute pleasure to drive. I’ve looked a little on here and couldn’t find it, so apologies if it’s one here, but I’d there a thread for most miles on people’s cars? I’d be curious if someone had a higher mileage 2014 than me. Or what’s the highest miles per model year. Might be cool to see. Anyway, really glad to be on here! Cheers!
