Hi all! I was hoping for everyone’s help solving a very annoying rattle from the right front a-pillar/dash area. I’ve had the glovebox, vent, wood trim, and passenger door panel all off. It’s definitely coming from under the speaker cover, but it sound metallic and happens at slow speeds, more so on rougher roads.

Lexus wants to remove my brand new windshield, says the pinch weld along the glass needs adjustment. I disagree, as the noise sounds like it’s coming from further down with the speaker cover off. Any thoughts or ideas? Spot weld metal that broke somewhere in the fender was the next idea someone else had. Turn volume up, you can hear it.
