Default New Here. Hello!

Hey there all,
Just bought a 2014 GS350 AWD with 9,900 miles on it. Absolutely immaculate and garage kept. While I’m not new to cars, I’m new to Lexus/Toyota. I’ve worked on them but never owned them. Quick question about the split screen infotainment system. The larger portion defaults to Navigation after a few minutes no matter how many times I set it to Audio/Radio. Is there a way to stop this. I rarely use Navigation so I really don’t want it on the screen all the time. How do I fix this. I looked and could not find a setting for it….Dave

I also have the same issue lol. I gave up after 10 minutes of trying to figure it out. Nice find on the 2014 GS with barely 10k miles. That's a rare find.

Welcome, as I am also a new member to the Lexus family and to Club Lexus as well. I forget how I got mine to quit doing that but I had to sit there for about 2 hours clicking buttons and trying different things until I figured out how to work the system. Also, if you really really have to......use the owners manual but I didn't say that FYI 😬. Good luck.

I believe it's in General Settings > Auto Screen Change. Turn this option to Off. Let us know if this works... it's been a while since I've had to use this setting.
