sometimes the assembly is not designed to be repaired and no thought has gone in by Lexus or Toyota engineers on how internal components can be accessed or removed.
I’ve done many DIY repairs that still holds up. And many that didn’t.
you don’t know until you’ve tried and you don’t learn anything unless you try.

May I ask how did you manage to remove the seat back cover? I am afraid of snapping any plastic clips/bolts. thanks in advance.
