And here the world beater Roadster 2. It will outperform any production car ever made. 0 to 60 in 1.8 seconds...

0-60 times are pointless after a certain number. Doesn’t equate to positive driving experience.

I suggest driving a Tesla, if you haven't done so.
I agree, we don't drive 0 to 60 and on drag strips. We drive on freeways, expressways and around town.
That "right now" torque never fails to put a smile on your face. The performance of these cars is like no other.
Every magazine says this.

What's a magazine? They still exist?

There was a Tesla Model 3 Performance on the track with us and I was in my Lambo and it actually did very well. You see publications showing that the Model 3 Performance can beat an M3 on a track so I am pretty sure it'll easily beat the GS on a track as well.

I'm really liking the new Model S, the front grille is back now and it looks way better than all the grille-less models. Plus the house that I bought already has a solar panel and an outlet for EV from the previous owner. But I also really like my 2019 GS and the Lexus brand.

Maybe after I paid off my GS I will look into Tesla and hopefully the prices and quality will be even better by then.

Test drove a Model 3 last weekend. Went for long range because it still has insane power/pickup. *But* while the minimalist interior is different, and perhaps cool, overall the quality was NOT what I was used to. And I do not know if it was me, or I should have played with seat more, but visibility out the back was abhorrent. Especially in lower parts of windshield. Overall I'm not sure I could settle for the Model 3 and I do not like crossovers, so maybe the S...

Also, because it's telsa, they literally cannot lease a car in my state, even though they have a 'dealership' 30min away from my house. Which seems like an odd problem to have, but of course, they are not a automobile company either, which is part of the problem for me. YYMV

I like the grille too. I remember checking out the S at this mall. The salesman was helping me and I said, "Oh, they removed the grille." He then said, "you know it's an electric car. It doesn't need a grille."

Yeah, grille makes cars look better. Lexus just took it a bit too far but it worked out for them I guess.

But that tiny grille (mustache) combined with the lower grille on the new Model S is a home run and we'll probably see it being carried over to the 3 and Y. X already got them too.

People that hate the large Lexus grill tend to forget that Audi and BMW have lt too.

That new BMW 3 and 4 series takes the cake! Man what a way to destroy that beauty of a car. Older model was the best looking one.

I must admit, the instant torque is neat to experience. My SR is the slowest tesla but still faster than my GS and when you consider that sometimes when you punch the GS the car thinks for a second as it downshifts and finds the gear, the model Y just goes. You can feel it push you back against your seat. Its fun.

The GS in manual mode is fun too. But who cares about the GS. Enjoy that new toy!
