Default Part behind Rotor

Does anyone know what this piece is behind the Rotor and is it supposed to be warped?

It's a dust shield and is curved, supposed to be parallel to the rotor.

Thanks. I found it odd that it was curved, so I thought it got bent somehow. But sounds like this is normal.

The front dust shield is bent like that - The rear is parallel (flat) to the rotor.

Sometimes removing the wheel tire combo can bend the dust shield; sometimes people pull un it to help getting up...
It won't be the first time.
