Default Replacing the undercarriage cover

I was driving down the freeway and drove over debris that fell from a pickup truck and because of this my driver's side undercarriage has been ripped off and shreaded by my my front tire. I had to pull over and cut a portion of this off. Now the bottom left of my bumper cover is slightly cracked and I'm sure will increase if I leave it that what. It's about an inch crack so far.

I don't know which part or parts to order, not sure if I need to order the brackets separately. Has anybody here done this themselves? How easy or hard is this to replace. Should I just get it done through the dealership? What do you recommend on the bumper cover?

I have the exact same problem on my car. Thinking about going through insurance and getting it fixed. I haven't been to the dealership yer due to the current circumstances - the car drives fine and there is no rush at the moment, anyways.
I think this will be a few thousand dollars at least at the in my region - body work is expensive.

You should be able to just turn the tire out of the way to get the access you need to install the covers. Honestly if were me I would not replace the bumper, just leave the crack alone, hardly noticeable. Getting a new bumper and repainting is opening a can of worms and would be very expensive. If your worried about the crack just screw in a metal bracing on the inside of the bumper near the edge over the crack to ensure it's secured. My old bumper had a crack from when my front lip hit a piece of ice on the road and 20k miles the crack never got any worse, so I say leave it alone. I did eventually switch to the f-sport bumper.

Can you provide an image of this metal brace thing you are speaking of? Don't want to replace the bumper. Maybe their is such a binding agent or something I can use.

I'm talking about something like this, you can buy on amazon or local hardware store:
https://www.homedepot.com/p/4-Hole-F...G-10/206840467

It would require drilling two holes, and using 2 nuts/bolts, but you would never have to worry about that crack getting any worse. All this would be under the bumper so you would not see it.

I see.. a bit worried about drilling holes lol..anything less invasive? Something better than superglue or something that's usually used on bumpers??

Super glue is not going to hold, you could use self taping screws. Another thing you could do is install a front lip or just leave it alone.
