F-Sport Fog

I've looked at previous post and did lots of researches on adding fog lights on F-Sport model.

I wanted to have OE stalk for fog light switch, but didn't come up with clear answer where to tap the wire to have cluster indicator to work.

From PK_Celsior post,
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...em-switch.html

Fog Light Switch Connections
Ground
N28 Connector - Pin 10 -> N28 Connector - Pin 19
On/Off Function
N28 Connect - Pin 11 -> N12 Connector - Pin 27

It's not clear if he meant to use both 10 & 19 pin for ground for LT/RT fog lights or to connect between pin 10 to pin 19.

I don't want to spend $120+ for OE stalk if the indicator doesn't work.

Anyone successfully installed OE stalk and have indicator work, please guide me thru the wiring for the switch.

If all fails, I am thinking about hooking up to the Headlight power (no switch - just turns on everytime headlights turn on).

Does any one have good idea where to tap the headlight power??
Thanks.

Where are you located in California? If you are near me maybe I can help you out! If you purchase the OE stock it does work.

I'm also thinking about doing this as well. Please post any helpful wiring details. Thanks!!

I would love some detailed pics too lol. I had my fogs installed with the indicator years ago but something is loose and the lights don't always turn on, even if the indicator is lit. I just don't know where to find the loose pin...

Orange County

I've sent you a PM.

I've originally looked at your DIY, but couldn't figure out the N28 (switch connector) & N12 (module connector).

I am in the OC too (South County). If doing the stalk solution with the existing pin spots, do you still have to run wires through the firewall or does it use stock wire harness to go through the firewall?
