True...but I can't find one with RWD. This is still a rare feature.

MY17 is still early. It's now an available option on the "build your GS" website. They're still going to be rare, but not like last year. Dealers can see what is on the boat...

Do you think it is worth it to wait? Incentives and dealer concessions on 2016 FSport are about 10k lower than msrp I doubt they will get much better than that plus now there is more likely chance to find in stock that meets prefs such as color combo. IS models 350s are pretty much gone. Unless they are going to offer super slick lease on 2017s

So, there are still a lot of 16s sitting on dealers' lots? Are they heavily discounting them like they did to the 14/15? Are the leases in the low 500s now for a loaded 350FSport? I've been living under the rock lately and not keeping up with the GS game.

17s are hitting near 70K?! Damn!

I'm not sure but seems the 16s were better discounted in Oct than now. There is $6500 lease cash on the 16s now but they raised the mf. 17s have a better mf. I was ready to make the purchase on a 16 but can't justify now at higher prices when the 17s are hitting the dealers.

'17 F-Sports are hitting $70k while the F is dropping below $68k. What's going on!

I am the same boat as you. The 17 are on the lot and only 1000 lease cash with 0.00110 mf- still too high. The 17 residual is bad too. Look like we should wait for the gen 5gs to get better deal on the current gen 4.5.
ps: no 1st month complementary, as the guy over edmunds stated he guessed there are not enough MY16 in the lot to justify the support from manufacturer.

First month is complimentary here in Dallas, at least at my local dealer (Park Place). $579/month for a $47,825 car, on a 3yr/30k mile lease, with zero down is their advertised special. $639 for a $52,570 car.

I think a $70k GS would be an extremely rare find. The most expensive GS350 within 100 miles of my zip code is $63,614, and that includes several 17s.

Oh that's great news. I had a 06 is350 in sgm, was never a fan of nebula Grey. I think Lexus made the right choice in bringing it back.
