Default Tpm reset help

Hi,
I had one of my tires replaced b/c of a nail in the sidewall. Costco guys didn't reset tpm. I tried myself with no success. No reading on any of the 4 tires and the warning light stays lit. The process I followed was to hold the reset button until the light blinks 3 times with the car in power on mode ( 2 presses of start button) Nothing happening. Not even the warning light blinking 3 times. Am I doing something wrong?

Maybe , but I'm taking it back today . If they caused the problem I'd prefer them not to touch it again. Just wondering if there is something I'm not doing correctly.

to reset I think u hold the tpms button for few sec till the tpms icon blink 3 times, if it work the light should be gone or wait a few min and it will be gone. if not that theres something wrong with the tpms sensor.
